Since 2001, TransCanada has produced an annual Corporate Social Responsibility Report that highlights our commitment to operating in an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable manner while recognizing the interests of our stakeholders.

We believe that doing the right thing is imperative to our business – so we are committed to continuous improvement in our CSR reporting and practices.

During a time when the energy industry is facing sizeable levels of public scrutiny, our focus is on improving the quality and quantity of the data collected to provide our stakeholders the information they’re looking for.

We also continue to work toward alignment with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G4 standard, allowing us to set targets and measure our performance in a manner that is consistent with our industry peers as we continue our journey toward more comprehensive reporting.
